目的：观察在中医院护理临床教学中应用辅助支持管理的效果。方法：将2012年7月至2013年4月在外科实习的护生69人作为对照组，选取2013年7月至2014年3月在外科实习的护生67人作为观察组。对照组给予常规带教，观察组开展辅助支持教学管理，比较2组护理教学质量、护生满意度。结果：理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩、综合能力考核成绩、小讲课考核成绩观察组均高于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组对教学质量非常满意57人(85.07%)，满意9人(13.43%)，不满意1人(1.49%)；对照组对教学质量非常满意42人(60.87%)，满意20人(28.99%)，不满意7人(10.14%)。2组满意率比较差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论：辅助支持管理改进了中医院护理实习教学模式，提高了临床带教老师专科中医护理教学水平，提高了护生中医临床护理学习效果。%Objective:To explore the effects of auxiliary support management applied to clinical teaching of nursing in TCM hospital. Methods:Sixty-nine probationer nurses who practiced in the surgical department from Ju-ly, 2012 to April, 2013 were chosen as the control group, 67 student nurses who practiced in the surgical department from July, 2013 to March, 2014 as the observation group. The control group were offered by routine teaching and the observation group auxiliary support teaching management, satisfaction degree of the nurses and the quality of nursing teaching of both groups were compared. Results:The observation group was higher than the control group in the results of theoretical examination, practical test, comprehensive ability test and lecturing examinations (P<0.05). There were 57 persons satisfied with teaching quality highly (85.07%), nine persons satisfied with teaching quality (13.43%) and one not satisfied with teaching quality (1.49%) in the observation group;there were 42 persons satis-fied with teaching quality highly (60.87%), 20 persons satisfied with teaching quality (28.99%) and seven not satis-fied with teaching quality (10.14%) in the control group. The difference was significant in the comparison of satis-faction rate between both groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:Auxiliary support management is used to improve teaching mode of nursing practice in TCM hospital, improve teaching level of TCM nursing teachers and enhance probationer nurse's TCM nursing study.
