自拟通窍止鼽汤联合西替利嗪治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效及对TNF-α和IL-4水平的影响

摘要

目的：探讨自拟通窍止鼽汤联合西替利嗪治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效及对TNF-α和IL-4水平的影响。方法：将变应性鼻炎患者88例采用数字表法随机分为2组，每组44例，其中对照组单用西替利嗪治疗，观察组采取自拟通窍止鼽汤联合西替利嗪治疗，比较2组临床治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、复发率及TNF-α和IL-4水平变化。结果：观察组有效率为95.45%，高于对照组的77.27%，2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组治疗后TNF-α和IL-4水平分别为(1.29±0.29)ng/mL和(33.62±3.52)pg/mL，均低于治疗前的(3.24±0.38)ng/mL 和(50.51±3.83)pg/mL，且低于对照组治疗后的(2.47±0.32)ng/mL 和(42.07±3.77)pg/mL，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率和复发率分别为6.82%和9.09%，低于对照组的15.91%和22.73%(P＜0.05)。结论：自拟通窍止鼽汤联合西替利嗪可有效改善患者临床症状及免疫状态，且不良反应及复发率低。%Objective: To investigate clinical effect of selfmade TongQiao ZhiQiu Tang combined with ceti-rizine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and its influence on the levels of TNF-αand IL-4. Methods:All 88 cases were divided into two groups according to number table, 44 cases each group. The control group accepted cetirizine while the observation group selfmade TongQiao ZhiQiu Tang combined with cetirizine, curative effects, the inci-dence of adverse reaction, relapse rate, the changes of TNF-αand IL-4 were compared. Results:Effective rate of the observation group was 95.45%, significantly higher than 77.27%of the control group, the difference between both groups had statistical meaning (P<0.05);the levels of TNF-αand IL-4 in the observation group were (1.29±0.29) ng/mL and (33.62 ±3.52) pg/mL after treating, lower than (3.24 ±0.38) ng/mL and (50.51 ±3.83) pg/mL before treat-ing, lower than (2.47±0.32) ng/mL and (42.07±3.77) pg/mL of the control group, the difference demonstrated statisti-cal meaning (P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reaction and relapse rate of the observation group were 6.82%and 9.09%in the observation group, evidently lower than 15.91%and 22.73%of the control group (P<0.05). Conclu-sion:Selfmade TongQiao ZhiQiu Tang combined with cetirizine can effectively improve clinical symptoms and im-mune status of the patients with lower adverse reaction and relapse rate.
