滋补肺肾法在老年性肺炎患者中的应用

摘要

Objective: To observe therapeutic effects of lung-kidney nourishing method in treating senile pneumonia. Methods:Ninety patients were randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group, 45 cases each group. The control group accepted intravenous dripping of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection, and ambroxol hydrochloride;the observation group took oral herbs in order to nourish lung-kidney on the basis of the therapy the control group received, clinical effects were assessed after treating for ten days. Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was 88.9%, superior to 71.1% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Therapeutic effects of lung-kidney nourishing method are superior to western medicine simply in treating senile pneumonia.%目的：：观察滋补肺肾法治疗老年性肺炎的临床疗效。方法：将老年性肺炎患者90例随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组予头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠、盐酸氨溴索静脉滴注以抗炎、化痰；观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药口服，以滋补肺肾为法，2组均治疗10天后统计疗效。结果：观察组总有效率为88.9%，对照组为71.1%，观察组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：滋补肺肾法联合西医治疗老年性肺炎优于单纯西药治疗。
