桂药生精胶囊治疗免疫性不育症的临床研究

摘要

Objective:To find out clinical effects of GuiYao ShengJing capsules in the treatment for immune infertility of kidney-Yang deficiency pattern. Methods: Seventy-eight patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group were administered with GuiYao ShengJing capsules and the control group QiLin pill, one course of the treatment was 12 weeks for both groups. After one course of the treatment, antisperm antibody negative conversion rate, acrosin activity, sperm motility and viability were observed in both groups, clinical effects were evaluated. Results:Total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 77.14%and 52.94%, the treatment group was superior to the control group in clinical effects (P<0.05). The difference had statistical meaning between both groups in antisperm antibody negative conversion rate, acrosin activity , sperm motility and viability ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion: GuiYao ShengJing capsules are effective in treating immune infertility of kidney-Yang deficiency pattern.%目的：观察桂药生精胶囊治疗肾阳虚型免疫性不育症的临床疗效。方法：将肾阳虚型免疫性不育症患者78例随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组予桂药生精胶囊，对照组予麒麟丸，2组均以12周为1个疗程。治疗1个疗程后观察2组患者的抗精子抗体转阴率、精子顶体酶活性及精子活力、活率情况，并判断临床疗效。结果：治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为77.14%和52.94%，治疗组疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05)；2组在抗精子抗体转阴率、精子顶体酶活性及精子活动力、活率方面比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：桂药生精胶囊对肾阳虚型免疫性不育症有较好的疗效。
