维药孜亚比提片对2型糖尿病大鼠免疫功能的影响

         

摘要

目的:探讨维药孜亚比提片对2型糖尿病大鼠免疫功能的影响.方法:将SD大鼠75只随机分为正常组15只,造模组60只,将造模组大鼠采用高脂乳汁以灌胃的方式稳定饲养8周后隔3天腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)(20 mg/kg)4次建立2型糖尿病模型,并随机分为模型组、维药孜亚比提片高、中、低剂量[6.0、3.0、1.5g/(kg·d)]组各15只,连续给药8周.采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELLSA)测定并大鼠血清白细胞介-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF-α)含量.结果:1)与正常组比较,模型组大鼠血清IL-2含量降低、IL-6、TNF-α 含量升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);孜亚比提片高、中剂量组IL-2含量降低,IL-6、TNF-α 含量升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),孜亚比提片低剂量组IL-2含量明显降低,TNF-α 含量升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),IL-6含量升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).2)与模型组比较,孜亚比提片高、中剂量组IL-2含量升高,IL-6、TNF-α 含量降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),孜亚比提片低剂量组IL-2含量升高,IL-6含量降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),TNF-α 含量降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:维药孜亚比提片能改善2型糖尿病大鼠免疫功能.%Objective: To study the effects of the Uygur medicine Ziyabiti tablets on the immunologic function of diabetic rats. Methods: All 75 SD rats were selected, and randomized into 15 rats in the normal group and 60 rats in the model groups, after the rats in the model group were drenched with high-fat milk for eight weeks stably, they accepted intraperitoneal injection of STZ (20 mg/kg) for four times every three days to prepare type two diabetes mellitus (T2DM) models, randomly divided into the model group, high, moderate and low dosages groups of the Uygur medicine Ziyabiti tablets [6.0, 3.0 and 1.5 g/ ( kg·d)], 15 rats each group, and medicated for eight weeks consecutively. The contents of serum interleukin-2(IL-2), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) in T2DM rat models were detected by using ELISA method. Results: 1) Compared with the normal group, the cotents of IL-2 decreased, the contents of IL-6 and TNF-α raised in the rats of the model group, and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.01); the contents of IL-2 decreased, the contents of IL-6 and TNF-α raised in the rats of high and moderate dosages groups of Ziyabiti tablets, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05), the contents of IL-2 decreased obviously, the contents of TNF-α raised in the rats of low dosages group of Ziyabiti tablets, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.01), the contents of IL-6 raised, but the difference had no statistical meaning (P>0.05). 2) Compared with the model group, the contents of IL-2 raised, the contents of IL-6 and TNF-α decreased in the rats of high and moderate dosages groups of Ziyabiti tablets, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05), the contents of IL-2 raised, the contents of IL-6 decreased in the rats of low dosages group of Ziyabiti tablets, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05), the contents of TNF-α decreased, but the difference had no statistical meaning (P>0.05). Conclusion: Uygur medicine Ziyabiti tablets could improve immunologic function of T2DM rats.
