复方氨基酸注射液联合茵栀黄注射液辅助治疗上消化道出血效果观察

摘要

Objective:To observe curative effects of compound amino acid injection(18AA) and YinZhiHuang injection as adjunctive therapy (AT) in treating the patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding (UGB).Methods:All eighty UGB patients were randomized into the control group and the treatment group,40 cases each group.Both groups adopted routine treatment of western medicine.The treatment group accepted intravenous dripping of compound amino acid injection (18AA),250 mL each day,YinZhiHuang injection,10 mL each day,clinical effects of both groups were compared.Results:Cure rate of the treatment group was 75％,higher than 50％ of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05);total effective rate of the treatment group was 95％,higher than 75％ of the control group,and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05).During therapeutic period,there were three cases with adverse reaction in the treatment group,among them,two cases with anorexia and one case with watery stool,the incidence of adverse reaction was 7.5％;there was four cases with adverse reaction,among them,there was three cases with anorexia and one case with nausea,the incidence of adverse reaction was 10％,and the difference had no statistical meaning between both groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion:Clinical effects of compound amino acid injection (18AA) and YinZhiHuang injection as AT are superior to the effects of routine treatment of western medicine in treating the patients with UGB with minor adverse reaction.%目的:观察复方氨基酸注射液(18AA)联合茵栀黄注射液辅助治疗上消化道出血的临床效果.方法:将上消化道出血的患者80例随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例.2组均采用西医常规治疗.治疗组在此基础上依次静脉滴注复方氨基酸注射液(18AA)250 mL/d、茵栀黄注射液10 mL/d,比较2组临床疗效.结果:治愈率治疗组为75％,对照组为50％,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);总有效率治疗组为95％,对照组为75％,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗期间治疗组发生不良反应3例,其中食欲减退2例,大便稀软1例,不良反应发生率为7.5％;对照组发生不良反应4例,其中食欲减退3例,恶心1例,不良反应发生率为10％,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:联合应用复方氨基酸注射液(18AA)与茵栀黄注射液辅助治疗上消化道出血疗效优于单纯西医常规治疗,不良反应小.
