心脏康复护理对患者PTCA术后疗效的影响

摘要

目的:探讨心脏康复护理对冠脉介入患者术后疗效的影响.方法:将接受心脏冠脉介入治疗的患者130例按照半随机化原则分为对照组、试验组各65例.2组均采用心脏内科常规护理,试验组在此基础上实施心脏康复护理,观察2组患者住院期间并发症、满意度及随访后的再入院、重要心血管事件发生情况.结果:试验组患者住院期间的并发症较对照组低,同时其护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05);1年后随访结果提示试验组的再入院、重要心血管事件均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:心脏康复护理具有提高PTCA术后患者近期及远期疗效的作用.%Objective:To discuss the effects of cardiac rehabilitation nursing on postoperative effects for the patients undergoing percutaneous transluminal coronarYangioplasty (PTCA). Methods:All 130 patients undergoing PTCA were randomized into the control group and the test group according to semi-randomized principles. Both groups accepted conventional cardiac nursing of internal medicine, the test group accepted cardiac rehabilitation nursing on the foundation, the complications during the hospitalization period, satisfaction degrees, the readmission rate after the follow-ups and the incidences of major cardiovascular events of both groups were observed. Results:The test group was lower than the control group in the complication incidences during the hospitalization period, and superior to the control group in nursing satisfaction degrees (P<0.05);the follow-up results in one year showed that the test group was lower than the control group in the the readmission rate after the follow-ups and the incidences of major cardiovascular events (P<0.05). Conclusion: Cardiac rehabilitation nursing could improve short-term and long-term effects of the patients undergoing PTCA.
