基于作业成本法的成蒲快铁票价方案探讨

摘要

This article studies and discusses the method of defining the fares of urban railways, compares and analyzes the applicability of two-tier planning model and activity-based costing method in defining the fares of urban railways, and discusses Chengdu Urban Railway Chengpu Line under construction, then it discusses the specific transportation cost by using the activity-based costing method, meanwhile, it obtains the specific fare of Chengpu Line by combining the unit kilometer fare model, which provides a reference for the decision making of the fare plan after this line is opened.%文章对市域铁路票价界定方法进行研究和讨论, 对比分析了双层规划模型、作业成本法在界定市域铁路票价中的适用性, 并对建设中的成都市域铁路成蒲线展开具体探讨, 利用作业成本法对其具体运输成本进行了分析, 同时结合单位公里票价模型求得了成蒲线的具体票价, 为该线开通后票价方案的决策提供参考.
