网络消费行为对商业地产影响分析--基于消费者行为视角

         

摘要

Different from the traditional views that the network shopping will destroy the commercial real estate, the paper argues that the network consumption behaviors can improve the quality and structure of the development of the commercial real estate indus-try and do good to the commercial real estate industry in the long term. The internet technology will be introjected with the operation mode of the traditional commercial real estate, which can lead to the acceleration of the differentiation of the forms of the commercial real estate. From the perspective of the consumers’behaviors, the paper analyzes the development trend of the commercial real estate under the influence of the network consumption, and puts forward four classificatories of the types and characteristics of the commer-cial real estate which can effectively share the development trend of the network consumption.%不同于网络购物将摧毁商业地产的传统观点,本文认为网络消费行为能提升商业地产行业发展质量和结构,长期利好商业地产行业。互联网技术会和传统商业地产运营模式相融合,会导致商业地产业态分化加速。本文从消费者行为角度着手,分析网络消费影响下商业地产发展趋势,提出四类能有效分享网络消费发展趋势的商业地产类型及特征。
