焊管轧辊孔型设计的现状分析

             

摘要

介绍了焊管轧辊孔型设计的现状,讨论了COPRA系统软件、基于AutoCAD的轧辊CAM CAPP系统、基于CATIA的焊管轧辊孔型设计方法.分析了COPRA软件系统和AutoCAD软件的特点,介绍了轧辊CAM CAPP系统的结构.实际应用表明,采用计算机辅助设计和计算机辅助制造技术设计焊管和冷弯型钢轧辊,可提高型材的成型质量,增加型材品种.%In this article, it introduced the current status of welded pipe roller pass design, discussed COPRA system software, CAD/ CAPP roller system based on AutoCAD, and pass design method for welded pipe roller based on CATIA. It also analyzed the characteristics of COPRA and AutoCAD software, introduced CAD/ CAPP system structure for roller. The practical application showed that it plays a very important pole to improve forming quality of sectional material and increase its variety, adopting computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing technology to design roller for welded pipe and cold-formed section steeL
