HFW焊管热张力减径前后的压扁试验结果分析

         

摘要

Adopting a new process of high frequency welding(HFW)+hot stretch reducing (referred to as SEW)to conduct trial produce for oil casing billet,then the flattening tests were carried out respectively for sample pipe before and after hot stretch reducing. The results indicated that flattening tests all qualified, even if the sample is crushed to the lining joint, the specimens with tiny crack in weld are few. This showed that the plastic deformation capacity of weld is improved significantly, achieves the purpose of welded pipe seamless.%采用高频焊(HFW)+热张力减径新工艺(简称SEW工艺)试制石油套管管坯,在热张力减径前后分别取样进行压扁试验。试验结果表明, HFW管经过热张力减径后,压扁试验全部合格,即使试样压扁至内壁贴合时,焊缝有微小裂纹的试样也很少;这说明焊缝的塑性变形能力显著改善,达到了焊管无缝化的目的。
