螺旋焊管等离子切割烟尘净化系统的改进

         

摘要

为了解决焊管等离子切割烟尘的收集净化问题,根据后摆式连续作业螺旋焊管机组的工艺布置和生产特点,改进并制作了一套烟尘收集和净化处理系统.该系统优化了烟尘收集工位,改进了吸尘罩、 烟尘收集管路系统和净化处理主机,选配高精度滤筒式净化处理装置.实践证明,该系统运行稳定,可满足 φ508~φ2420 mm螺旋焊管生产需要,在变更钢管规格时无需做任何工装更换和调整,且烟尘吸净率可达95%,净化处理后的尾气可直接排放,完全满足环保达标排放要求,有效控制了烟尘对车间环境的污染.%In order to solve the collection and purification of plasma cutting fume, based on the process distribution and production characteristics of rear-swing continuous spiral welded pipe unit, a fume collection and purification system were improved and produced. This system optimized fume collection station, improved dust hood, fume collection pipeline system and purification treatment main engine, and chose high-accuracy cartridge purification device. The practices showed that the system could meet the production demands of φ508~φ2420 mm spiral welded pipe without any replacement or adjustment of tooling in specification changing of steel pipe, the fume filtering rate could be up to 95%, purified tail gas could discharge directly and meet the environmental protection standards completely. According to practical application, the system was stable, reliable, and capable of effectively controlling the pollution of fume to workshop environment.
