为了研究Fe-Al涂层的组织结构,并比较其与20#钢的耐磨性能,采用粉芯丝材和超音速电弧喷涂技术在20#钢基体上制备了Fe-Al涂层,采用扫描电镜分析了涂层的组织形貌,用X射线衍射分析了涂层的相结构,并对比研究了涂层与20#钢在干摩擦条件下的耐磨损性能.研究结果表明,采用超音速电弧喷涂制备的Fe-Al涂层组织致密,与基体结合良好,具有较高的硬度,在相同载荷和转速下,Fe-Al涂层的摩擦系数较小,具有优异的耐磨性.%In order to research the structure of Fe-Al coating and compare the abrasion resistance with 20# steel, the Fe-Al coatings were prepared on 20# steel substance by supersonic arc spraying, the surface morphologies of Fe-Al coatings were analyzed by SEM. the phase structure of the coating were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, and the abrasion resistance of coating and 20# steel substrate were studied and compared under the condition of dry friction. The results showed that Fe-Al coating was fully dense with low porosity, higher microhardness and well bonding with substrate. In the same load and revolving speed, the friction coefficient of Fe-Al coating was lower and the abrasion resistance was better.
