浅谈铸造车间铝锭在线计量系统的设计

摘要

本文主要通过对电解铝行业的铸造车间工艺流程和生产设备的分析，在成品输送机第四垛位下方增加带有升降结构的称重平台，实现铝锭在线自动计量。通过该系统，可以提高车间工人的操作效率，避免重复劳动，提高铸造车间的生产效率，具有很大的经济效益。%This article analyses the electrolytic aluminum industry casting workshop process and production equipment,increase the weighing platform with lifting structure in the finished product conveyor stacking below fourth,the realization of aluminum ingot automatic measurement. Through the system,can improve the operation efficiency of plant workers,to avoid duplication of work,to improve the production efficiency of casting workshop,has great economic benefit.
