基于水生态文明的小流域景观规划设计

摘要

探讨小流域水生态文明建设方案编制中的水景观规划设计，提出小流域水景观设计的基本原则、设计思路、内容以及具体流程，并以芦江河流域景观规划设计为实例，提出了该流域“一轴两带”的水景观设计方案。结果表明，小流域景观规划设计能将水生态与人们的生活有机融合，重现流域多姿多彩的人文风情和自然风貌，同时，小流域景观规划设计能推动水生态文明建设，两者相辅相成。%In this paper, we discuss waterfront landscape planning and design for the construction scheme of a water ecological civilization in small basins, and put forward the basic principles, design concept, and technical route for waterfront landscape planning and design in small basins.Using the Lujiang River Basin as a case study, we develop a waterfront landscape design scheme of two belts and one axis.The study shows that waterfront landscape planning and design in small basins can integrate the water ecosystem with people’ s lives and enables the reappearance of diverse cultural customs and natural landscapes.It can also propel the construction of a water ecological civilization;landscape planning and design is dependent on water ecological civilization, and vice versa.
