PURPOSE: A scenic planting management system, a server for a scenic planting management system and a method of managing scenic planting using internet are provided to continuously manage scenic planting using internet while providing the information of a scenic facility requested from a user. CONSTITUTION: A system comprises a central server (200), a first client computer (100), and a second client computer (300). The central server stores the database of distance updated based on measured data and scenic facilities installed on a road including trees, flowers, bushes, grasses, and flower gardens. The central server provides scenic facility information, which is simulated by virtually installing the scenic facilities at a place wanted by a user, when requested by the user. When the arrow button of a mouse is placed on the scenic facility of a provided image by the user of a first client computer, the information of a virtual scenic facility is displayed on the image.
