In order to meet the new drinking water standards, the Songjiang No.2 Water Treatment Plant reconstructed the conventional horizontal-flow sedimentation basin into a short horizontal-flow sedimentation basin, an inclined-tube sedimentation basin and an up-flow GAC filter. To realize the goal of land and energy saving, an ozone-BAC advanced treatment system was designed and established.
