膜盘固相萃取-LC-MS/MS同时检测水中内分泌干扰物双酚A和雌激素

     

摘要

This paper introduces that the Disk SPE coupled with LC MS/ MS method was developed for the determination of Endocrine disrupter Bisphenol A(Bpa)and four Estrogens in water simultaneously. Concentration of each analyte was determined using the internal standard technique. Pretreatment method from EPA Method 539 was applicable for sample preparation,which was suitable for rapid extraction of large volume water samples. Experimental results show the method is capable of analyzing the Bpa and Estrogens concentration in drinking water and raw water because of its rapid sensitivity,high accuracy and quantitative determination of analytes. Recoveries of five analytes concentration for drinking water and raw water are 86. 0% ~ 105. 0% and 71. 5% ~ 109. 1%,respectively. Meanwhile,relative standard deviations are 2. 1% ~ 8. 9% and 4. 6% ~ 22. 0% . The method detection limit is 0. 03 ~ 0. 39 ng/ L, while minimum quantitative detection limit is 0. 12 ~ 1. 56 ng/ L.%该文介绍了膜盘固相萃取高效液相色谱/串联质谱法同时测定水中内分泌干扰物双酚 A和四种雌激素,以及内标法定量的检测方法。试验采用美国环境保护署EPA539膜盘固相萃取的前处理方法,适用大体积水样的快速萃取。结果表明,该方法灵敏度高、精密度好、定性精准,能够满足生活饮用水及其水源水中五种目标物的痕量检测要求。饮用水和水源水中高、低两种浓度五种目标物的平均加标回收率分别为86.0%~105.0%和71.5%~109.1%,相对标准偏差为2.1%~8.9%和4.6%~22.0%,方法检出限为0.03~0.39 ng/ L,测定下限为0.12~1.56 ng/ L。
