水工钢闸门轨道受力性能的有限元分析

         

摘要

The supporting system of hydraulic steel gate is simulated with ANSYS, with the emphasis on the mechanical behaviors of the track. The results show that the mechanical behaviors of the track are similar to the beam on the elastic foundation. The choice of normal contact stiffness factor (FKN) which is the critical technique for finite element analysis is also analyzed herein. A new method for selecting FKN named Optimum-Back Analysis based on test results is proposed, which will be a supplement to traditional real constant method. The parameters obtained from this method can be as a reference to similar cases.%采用有限元分析软件ANSYS模拟水工钢闸门定轮支承系统的工作情况,着重对轨道的受力性能进行了研究,揭示出轨道的受力性能与弹性地基上的基础梁的受力性能相似.此外,还对有限元分析的关键技术——法向接触刚度因子FKN的取值进行了有益的探索,提出了利用试验结果,进行优化反分析得出接触力学参数的方法.这一方法是对传统实常数选取方法的补充,得出的参数可作为类似工程有限元分析的参考.
