CRTSⅡ型板式轨道砂浆快修对轨道结构受力性能的影响分析

         

摘要

以CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道结构为研究对象,结合现有的砂浆快修技术,建立CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道快修砂浆的力学模型,采用有限元方法,计算列车荷载单独作用、正温度梯度和列车荷载共同作用以及负温度梯度和列车荷载共同作用3种工况下轨道板的最大拉、压应力,砂浆层最大垂向压应力和快修砂浆层以及轨道板的最大垂向位移。计算结果表明,在各种荷载的作用下,快修砂浆处的轨道结构受力均能够达到正常投入使用的标准,并且快修砂浆的应力值未超过其2 h强度值3 MPa,因此不需要对维修的轨道进行临时支护。%This paper focuses on CRTS II slab ballastless track and establishes a CRTSⅡslab track fast mortar repairing mechanical model based on the existing fast mortar repairing technology. The finite element method is employed to calculate the maximum tensile stress and compressive stress of the track slab, the maximum vertical compressive stress of mortar layer and the maximum vertical displacement of fast mortar repairing layer and track slab under such combined three conditions as independent action of train load, interaction of positive temperature gradient and train loads and interaction of negative temperature gradient and train loads. The calculation results show that under different loads, the track structural stress of fast repairing mortar meets the normal operational standards, and the stress value of fast repairing mortar is no more than 3MPa of 2h strength value, thus there is no need for temporary support for track maintenance.
