抽水蓄能机组主轴密封实时在线检测系统

摘要

对泰山抽水蓄能电站机组主轴密封实时在线检测系统的系统结构及主要的性能和特点进行了介绍,系统能够在线实时精确检测主轴密封的润滑水膜的厚度、主轴密封圈的磨损情况,并且能够在机组运行的同时提供水轮机组轴系动力系统的状态检修数据.可以及时对水轮机轴系失效故障进行早期预报,减少或避免被动停机故障的发生.%The structure and main performances of main shaft seal real-time online detection system for the units in Taishan Pumped-storage Power Station are introduced. The system can accurately detect the thickness of lubricated water film in main shaft seal and the wear of main shaft seal ring, and can also provide condition-based maintenance data of power system of unit shaft system while the unit is running. This real—time online detection system can timely predict the early failures of turbine shaft system and reduce or avoid the passive shut-down of unit.
