风力发电数字闪变仪的设计与仿真

     

摘要

According to IEC's flicker measuring principle, the analog and digital chart of flicker meter are constructed herein, in which, the method of square demodulation is used to modulate input voltage and the bilinear transformation method is used to make analog S domain transfer function into digital Z domain transfer function. The simulation waveforms of analog/digital flicker meter tests are analyzed, in which, the short time flicker severity data are extracted and compared. The results show that the digital flicker meter can reduce error than analog flicker meter under the condition of low frequencies and can meet the requirements on low-frequency wind test. The digital flicker meter is faster, less data-processing and higher accuracy in measuring wind power voltage flicker.%根据IEC推荐闪变测试原理,构建了闪变仪模拟/数字结构图,利用平方解调法对输入电压进行调制、利用双线性变换法使模拟化传递函数转化为数字化Z域传递函数;对模拟/数字闪变仪测试仿真波形进行分析,对短时闪变严重度数据进行提取并进行比较,说明了在低频情况下数字化闪变仪比模拟化闪变仪更能降低误差,能够满足在低频段风电的测试要求.数字化闪变仪在测量风电电压闪变方面具有处理数据少、速度快、精确度高等优点.
