In view of the construction management model and project characteristics of Bailianhe Pumped-storage Power Station, Bailianhe Pumped Storage Company carries out explorations and practices in the construction management of project from the aspects of focusing management planning, implementing the concept of "four-in-one", managing security risks, controlling project quality and construction progress, optimizing design and construction program, ensuring the supply of materials and controlling project cost. These measures guarantee the achievements of project goals and can also be as references to the construction management of other similar projects.%针对白莲河抽水蓄能电站工程建设管理模式及工程特点,白莲河抽水蓄能有限公司从重视管理策划、落实“四位一体”理念、安全风险管控、控制工程质量和建设进度、优化设计与施工方案、保证物资供应、控制工程造价等几个方面进行了深入探索,确保了工程既定目标的实现,对其他工程建设管理有一定借鉴意义.
