    • 摘要: "背靠背"起动是抽水蓄能机组泵水方向的重要起动方式.基于白莲河抽水蓄能电站实际参数和MAT-LAB/Simulink平台,以拖动机转速变化作为输入参数建立了仿真数学模型,该模型考虑了发电机的起动转速、励磁电流的影响,用以探究"背靠背"起动过程中阻尼绕组的影响.仿真计算结果表明:① 发电机起动转速增幅不宜超过正常起动发电机起动转速的13%,发电机外加励磁电流不应低于0.6倍空载励磁电流;② 适当减小发电机起动转速、增大励磁电流有利于提高机组起动的成功率;③ 电机阻尼绕组在起动过程中会消耗掉一部分的母线电流并产生对电动机转速上升有阻碍作用的电磁力矩.
    • 摘要: 莲蓄电站作为湖北省目前唯一的大型抽水蓄能电站,在系统中担负着调峰、填谷、调频、调相和事故备用等任务,是光伏等可再生能源电量消纳的最有效手段,在重大节日、重大活动、迎峰度夏和迎峰度冬等重要时段,在2020年新冠肺炎疫情期间部分火电机组被迫停运之时,发挥了特殊的作用,为湖北乃至华中电网安全稳定运行做出了突出贡献。

    • 摘要: 湖北白莲河抽水蓄能电站输水系统尾水工程下库出(进)水口扩散段,洞高13m~16m,开挖高程EL68~EL84,单洞进口跨度13m,出口跨度26.6m,为长方形渐变段,属特大断面隧洞。该部位爆破开挖时采用“内外侧上导洞开挖(先外后内)、中间上部扩挖、下部中导洞开挖和下部内外侧扩挖”的施工方法。根据围岩地质条件,确定施工程序、支护方法和爆破参数等,实现了该部位安全施工生产并确保了施工质量。

    • 摘要: 主要从面板堆石坝坝体内部变形、坝体表面变形、面板钢筋应力、面板混凝土应力应变、面板垂直缝及周边缝接缝变形、坝基渗透压力、绕坝渗流、渗漏量等方面介绍了湖北白莲河抽水蓄能电站上水库面板堆石坝的安全监测设计及安全监测成果。监测资料分析结果表明,目前面板堆石坝沉降和水平位移已趋于稳定,面板应力与变形较小,总渗漏量较小,大坝处于安全工作状态。%Safety monitoring design was carried out in the concrete faced rockfill dam of Bailianhe pumped storage power station in Hubei Province. The monitoring items included inner and surface defor-mation of the dam body, reinforcement stresses and concrete stress-strain of the panel, deformation of vertical joints and peripheral joints of the panel, seepage pressure at foundation, bypass seepage, the leakage volume and etc. The results showed that the settlement and horizontal displacement of the dam was gradually becoming stable, the stresses and deformation of the panel was small, the total leakage was little and the dam was safe.

    • 摘要: This paper describes basic situation and observation accuracy requirements of deformation monitoring network of Bailianhe pumped storage station. According to comparative analysis on existing observation technology, Georobot and GPS technology were applied to deformation monitoring control network in the Bailianhe Project. The observation results showed good consistency between GPS technol-ogy and Georobot, and both satisfied the accuracy requirement of second deformation monitoring control network, while GPS was of better observation efficiency and suffered less environmental influence.%首先介绍了湖北白莲河抽水蓄能电站变形监测网的布置概况及观测精度要求。在对现有的变形监测网观测方法进行对比分析的基础上,选择测量机器人与GPS方法同时应用于该工程的变形监测控制网观测中。处理结果表明两种方法的观测成果一致性很好,均能够达到二等变形监测网的精度要求,在观测效率和气候条件的影响上,GPS方法更具有优势。

    • 摘要: 2013年4月,在连续通风工况下对白莲河抽水蓄能电站地下主、副厂房及主变室等洞室的温度、相对湿度、风速等进行了昼夜连续性监测,基于测试数据计算得到了电站通风工况的能效比.结果表明,只考虑厂房岩体自然冷却的能效比变化范围为1.6~2.7,均值为1.9;而计入厂房和交通洞岩体自然冷却的能效比变化范围为1.8~3.3,均值为2.8.说明地下长距离进风洞对空气的自然冷却(加热)具有重要的节能意义,并给出了实际运行工况下白莲河抽水蓄能电站通风空调系统节能运行建议.

    • 摘要: 安全监测是保障大型地下厂房施工期和运行期围岩稳定的重要技术手段,亦可用于反馈设计和指导施工.利用施工期和运行期安全监测成果,分析研究了白莲河抽水蓄能电站地下厂房围岩变形、支护锚杆应力、锚索锚固力、格构梁钢筋应力等的变化过程和相互影响规律,并对地下厂房围岩的稳定性进行了综合评价.结果表明:电站地下厂房围岩最大表面变形15.79mm,最大锚杆应力150.5MPa,最大钢筋拉应力63.76MPa,最大钢筋压应力75.56MPa,且各项测值已趋于稳定,围岩在经历施工期快速变形和蠕动变形后已经趋于稳定.%Safety monitoring is an important technical approach of safeguarding the stability of surrounding rockmass in large underground powerhouse during construction and operation, and can also be adopted in feedback design and construction guidance. Based on safety monitoring data of Bailianhe underground powerhouse during construction and operation, the authors analyzed the variation and the regularity of mutual impact of rock deformation, anchor bar stress, anchor force, steel-bar stress in the surrounding rockmass and evaluated its stability. Results showed that the maximum surface deformation of the underground powerhouse reached 15.79mm, the maximum anchor bar stress 150. 5MPa, the maximum steel-bar tensile stress 63. 76MPa and the maximum steel-bar compressive stress 75. 56 Mpa. All of them were stabilized. It' s concluded that the surrounding rockmass has tended to be stable in the subsequence of rapid deformation and creep deformation caused by construction.

    • 摘要: The ideas of owner-supplied materials' verification, the infonnalion management of owner-supplied material and the methods to control the supply of owner-supplied material in the constructing of Bailianhe Pumped-storage Power Station are introduced herein, and the causes of over-consuming and under-consuming are also analyzed. The idea of "zero inventory" is adopted in the management of owner-supplied material, in which, the contractor need to declare the material demand plan 30 days before the construction, the owner will procure the material according to the plan and then the material will be directly received by the contractor after check and acceptance. The verification of material will be carried out in the settlement by owner. The Excel spreadsheets and VBA programming are also used in the management of owner-supplied material for the statistics and analysis of data.%白莲河抽水蓄能电站工程提出了甲供材料核销的思路和提高甲供材料信息化管理水平、加强甲供材料过程控制的方法:并对超耗和欠耗的原因进行了分析.甲供材料管理采用“零库存”方式,工程实施前30天由承包人根据进度情况申报甲供材料用量计划:发包人根据计划进行采购,供应商交货验收后直接由承包人办理领用手续;最终发包人在办理结算时进行统一核销.实施中,选用Excel电子表格,通过简单的VBA编程实现了较复杂函数和较大数据量的统计和分析,节省了人力、物力.

    • 摘要: In the design of underground powerhouse of Bailianhe Pumped-storage Power Station, the spherical valves are arranged outside the main powerhouse, which is beneficial to the stability of surrounding rock of main powerhouse because it can reduce main powerhouse excavation span of 3-4 m and shorten construction line duration of more than two months. The rock anchor beam is designed with supporting by attached columns. The precast water head of spiral case is defined as 165. 00 m. The shape of generator's pier and wind shield is regular octagon and the analysis shows that their stiffness can meet the requirements. In the treatment of F8 fault, the steel bar lattice girders are used for supporting the crown and the broken straight side walls are replaced with concrete. The dynamic characteristics calculation of powerhouse shows that the structure design of powerhouse is rational.%白莲河抽水蓄能电站地下厂房设计中将球阀布置在主厂房外,可减小主厂房开挖跨度3~4m,缩短2个多月的直线工期,对主厂房洞室围岩稳定有利;岩壁吊车梁采用了混凝土附壁柱;蜗壳保压值为165.00m水头;机墩和风罩外形为正八边形,分析表明机墩、风罩刚度满足要求;对F8断层顶拱采用钢筋格构梁、直边墙破碎带采用混凝土置换的方式进行了处理;厂房的动力特性计算表明厂房结构设计合理.
