溪洛渡水电站弹性橡胶垫支撑式推力轴承结构分析

         

摘要

The thrust bearing shoes of hydro-generating units in Xiluodu Hydropower Station manufactured by Voith Hydro are supported by rubber spring plates.The support stiffness of this thrust bearing is analyzed and the influences of this supporting mode on the force,oil film thickness and deformation of thrust bearing shoes are also analyzed.The results show that the rubber spring plates are good in improving the shoes' deformation and the load distribution in a shoe's surface,but poor in improving the flexibility of thrust bearing and the load distribution between shoes in circumferential direction.At the same time,the thinner oil film makes a higher requirement on the machining accuracy of thrust ring and thrust bearing shoes.%溪洛渡水电站福伊特水轮发电机组推力轴承每块推力瓦下部由弹性橡胶垫支撑,分析了弹性橡胶垫支撑方式推力轴承的支撑刚度,以及该支撑方式对推力瓦受力、油膜厚度、瓦面变形的影响.弹性橡胶垫改善了推力瓦面变形,提升了瓦面负荷的均匀性,但在推力瓦灵活性以及均衡周向各瓦间负荷方面表现较差;同时,较小的油膜厚度对镜板、推力瓦加工精度及变形控制要求较高.
