运用“以评促建策略”促进双师型教师队伍建设

the strategy to advance the team construction of double-titled teachers with promoting construction by means of evaluation is put forward in this essay;it can be divided into the following methods:establishment of 1+1 inspecting model, evaluation of inspectors, self and mutual assessment, practice reflection,portfolio creation, creation of students’semester evaluation system,filling in the form of classroom teaching evaluation, and good results can be obtained by using this method.%本文阐述了中职学校运用“以评促建策略”，促进双师型教师队伍建设的做法：构建1+1评课模式、督导评估、自评互评、实践反思、建立成长记录袋、建立学生“学期测评制”、填写课堂教学评价表，以评促建取得良好成效。
