职业院校教师管理能力构成的研究

摘要

In the process of carrying out teaching activities vocational school teachers should not only have basic teaching ability, solid, strong communication and coordination ability, but also excellent management ability. Excellent management ability is an important means to realize the goal of education. This article is started with analyses of the connotation of vocational school teachers' management ability, and it is focused on that the occupation college teachers’ management capability is mainly reflected in the ability of the comprehensively understanding students, the ability of the correctly evaluating students, the ability to transform underachievers and the ability to organize class activities etc.%职业院校教师在开展教学活动过程中，不但应具备扎实的教学基本能力，较强的沟通协调能力，还应具备过硬的管理能力。过硬的管理能力是有效实现教育目标的重要手段。文章从剖析职业院校教师管理能力的内涵入手，重点阐述了职业院校教师管理能力，主要体现在全面了解学生的能力、正确评价学生的能力、转化后进生的能力、组织班级活动的能力等方面。
