Research on the Constitution of Enterprise Information Capability and Evolution Mechanism in Technological Innovation Process

The essence of technological innovation process is the process of acquiring, processing, sharing and applying information. Based on the analysis of the impact mechanism of information capability on technological innovation process, the paper puts forward the constitution connotation of enterprise information capability in the technological innovation process. And on the basis of the analysis of the evolution process of enterprise information capability and information management knowledge, the paper proposes the evolution model of enterprise information capability based on the evolution of knowledge.
