印度“国家职业教育资格框架”发展实施及启示

         

摘要

当前,印度发布了“国家职业教育资格框架”(NVEQF),并在哈里亚纳邦进行了试点实施。该框架的主要内容是通过设立国家职业标准,设计多重路径,实行“先前学习认定”,广泛推动行业参与,开发学分框架,实施学分积累和转换,试图打通职业教育、普通教育、就业市场之间的通道,这为我国推进现代职业教育体系建设提供了借鉴。%“The National Vocational Education Qualifications Framework”(NVEQF) issued by India government is the most focus of India vocational education at present and a separate Pilot Programme has been launched in Haryana. Through the way of establishing National Occupation Standards, designing Multiple pathways, executing Recognition of Prior Learning(RPL), promoting Industry Engagement widely, trying implementation of the Credit Accumulation and Transfer, NVEQF has built a system between general and vocational education to link one level of learning to another higher level and enable learners to progress to higher levels from any starting point in the education and skill system. These provide inspirations for China.
