新生代农民工学习权保障与社会治理创新的逻辑关系探析

Learning right protection and social governance innovation are two correlative concepts, which has dialectical logical relation. Promoting regional economy development and improving the economic-living level of new generation migrant workers are two aims of learning right protection mechanism construction. But the primary aim of the construction of learning right protection mechanism is to promote social governance innovation and realize the social harmony and the personal happy life of new generation migrant workers.%新生代农民工学习权保障与社会治理创新是互为关联的概念，彼此之间存在着辩证的逻辑关系。学习权保障机制建设的目的不仅在于推动区域经济发展和提高新生代农民工经济生活水平，更重要的是通过对新生代农民工学习权的有效保障，来推进社会治理创新，最终实现社会和谐与新生代农民工个人生活幸福。
