Chinese Social Governance Innovation Seeing from American Social Governance Experience

Chinese government attaches importance to strengthening social management and institutional innovation of social management. Recently China considers social management as important as livelihood issue, and carries out an institutional innovation based on Committee leadership, government responsibility, social cooperation, public involvement, legal guarantee model. This paper draws advanced experience from America and puts forward some political suggestions based on the existing deficiency of Chinese social management. The Chinese government has always attached great importance to strengthening social governance functions. The third plenary session of the 18 considers "promoting the national management system and management ability modernization" as the overall goal of round way, highlights the importance of innovating the social governance system. The emphasis is turned from "social management" to "social governance", fully reflecting the important transformation of management idea from "unitary management" to "pluralism participation". It is said that "Stones form other hills may serve to polish the jade of this one". In terms of social governance, the experience from United States may be able to provide certain reference significance for us.
