我国职业教育校企合作现状比较及影响因素分析——基于全国20所职业院校的调查

     

摘要

According to the four-dimension model theory, we have an online survey on the situation of school-enterprise cooperation of 20 vocational schools nationwide from cooperation breadth, cooperation depth, cooperation sustainability and cooperation validity. The results showed that in the school-enterprise cooperation, some achievements have been obtained in the aspects of cooperation breadth and cooperation validity, but the cooperation sustainability and cooperation depth are still underperforming. It is found according to the One-Way ANOVA on the school-enterprise cooperation that education hierarchy, school location and school-running level have notably significant effects on school-enterprise cooperation. Thus, it is essential to give play to the guiding and coordinating role of government, strengthen the interregional cooperation between enterprises and vocational colleges, improve the school's own school-running level and ability, strengthen the dislocation development and docking between secondary and higher vocation education in school-enterprise cooperation.%基于校企合作广度、合作深度、合作持续度和合作有效度四个维度对全国20所职业院校校企合作现状进行了在线调查与分析.调查结果显示,我国职业教育校企合作在合作广度和有效度方面取得了一定成效,但在合作深度和持续度方面表现欠佳.从20所职业院校校企合作综合表现来看,不同职业院校校企合作呈现出显著差异.校企合作单因素影响分析表明,教育层次、院校区位及办学水平对校企合作具有显著影响.为此,应发挥政府引导协调作用、加强区域间职业院校与企业合作、提高学校自身办学水平和能力、强化中高职教育校企合作的错位发展与对接.
