承接产业转移视角下的专业服务能力建设对策──以皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区为例

摘要

The project aimed at promoting capability serving industry of specialty in higher vocational colleges facilitates adaptability to industrial, result of social service, school-running system and mechanism innovation of the higher vocational colleges in the industrial transferring demonstration zone. To further improve the service ability of undertaking industrial transfer, specialty construction of higher vocational colleges is supposed to take into account the characteristic such as industrial agglomeration, reinforce the relation between specialty and industry, innovate specialty construction mechanism, deepen personnel training mode innovation, and strengthen the construction of applied scientific research ability.%“高等职业学校提升专业服务产业发展能力”项目促进了承接产业转移示范区高职院校专业结构与产业结构的契合度、社会服务成效、办学体制机制创新。为进一步提升承接产业转移的服务能力，高职院校的专业建设需要结合产业转移的产业集聚等特点，加强对接承接产业、创新专业建设机制、深化专业人才培养模式改革、加强专业应用科研能力建设。
