管理类课程考试的职业能力培养:命题理念与方法

     

摘要

考试对培养和提高学生的素质和能力具有明显的导向作用。当前,管理类课程存在听多看少,难以培养实践能力的问题。因此,要充分吸收国外课程考试的命题理念,加强考试环节对学生职业能力的培养。通过结论多样化、内涵式的过程考核、情境创设、知识点综合运用的整体考核等内容设计,提高学生解决实际问题能力,以达到在考试环节对学生职业能力培养的目的,增强学生的社会适应性,实现育人与用人的有效对接。%The examination plays a significantly guiding role in cultivating and improving the quality and the ability of students and meanwhile the test paper is the source, and it is crucial for the contents of the exam to test students’ability to gain. Management courses have the characteristics of seeing less and listening more with which are difficult to cultivate practical ability; therefore, it is badly needed to fully absorb foreign Exam proposition idea and strengthen links to students’vocational examination ability. It is by the conclusion diversification, content-type of process assessment, situation creation, knowledge integrated use of overall assessment and other content designed to improve students’ability to solve practical problems and to achieve the purpose of testing students’professional ability in the examination, and to enhance students’social adaptation, to achieve effective docking of education and employment.
