广西职业教育集团化办学现状分析

     

摘要

以广西茶业职教集团等10个广西职业教育集团为研究对象,通过对职教集团多样化办学模式的实证研究,分析其特色经验做法及办学成效,初步探明广西职业教育集团存在集团运行机制、中高职衔接、利益共享等问题。加快构建广西现代职业教育体系,积极开展职教集团多元化办学模式,必须建立集团成员互惠互利动力机制,协同推进中高职衔接,加大成果推广与宣传,提升职教集团社会服务能力。%Taking ten Guangxi vocational education groups as research object, including Guangxi tea industry vocational education group, through the empirical research on the vocational education group diversified school-running models, the paper analyzes its special characteristic experience and educational practice, preliminarily verify the problems, such as operating mechanism, connection of secondary and higher vocational education and benefit sharing. The paper finally propose that to speed up the construction of Guangxi modern vocational education system, actively carry out vocational education group diversified school-running model, group member reciprocity motivation mechanism must be established, in collaborative push the connection of secondary and higher vocational education, increase the promotion and publicity, promote vocational education group, such as social service ability.
