常州高职教育园区公共实训基地的共享实践与思考

摘要

教育资源共享有利于缓解资源短缺的不足，有利于合理配置教育资源，减少浪费，提高资源利用率。从常州科教城现代工业中心公共实训基地的共享成功经验来看，资源共享并不是某个学校能单独完成的事，政府的统筹规划以及资金支持是实现共享的重要前提和保障；资源共享的实现离不开规范、合理的管理制度约束；实现资源共享的途径有许多种，关键在于要具有开放的共享意识，解放思想，更新观念，创新共享模式；应充分利用高职园区各高校相距较近的地理环境、条件的优势，开发和建设更多教育资源共享项目。%Resources sharing is conducive to alleviate the shortage of resources, is conducive to the rational allocation of resources, improve resource utilization. By analyzing the successful experience of Changzhou Vocational Education Park, it is found that to achieve resources sharing, it is essential to play the role of school, government and financial support, establish the standard and reasonable management and constraint system, set up an open shared consciousness and innovate the mode of sharing, take full advantage of geographical environment and conditions among colleges within the park to develop and establish more education resources sharing project.
