高等职业院校规避发展趋同是经济社会发展倒逼的结果，这对于引导高等职业教育健康可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。教育理念不成熟和创新教育合力不足是导致职业院校发展趋同的根源，而发展定位不准确、职教体制不健全、校企合作效率不高等是发展趋同的具体原因。高等职业院校规避发展趋同，彰显特色必须以保障教育根本目标为底线，同时坚持错位发展，建设现代职业教育体系，健全法律制度层面的保障性措施，科学化第三方监督和评价机制，为其创新发展营造宽容、和谐的社会环境。%Avoiding convergence of the development of higher vocational colleges is the result of economic and social development. It plays an important part in guiding the healthy and sustainable development of higher vocational education. The education idea is not mature and the innovation education resultant force is not enough are the root of the convergence development of higher vocational colleges. Development orientation is not accurate, vocational education system is not perfect, school-enterprise cooperation efficiency is not higher are the concrete reasons of the convergence. To avoid the development of convergence and highlight features, higher vocational colleges must regard the protection of the fundamental goal of education as the bottom line. At the same time, it has to insist the dislocation development, construct the modern vocational education system, perfect the legal system of security measures, scientific third party supervision and evaluation mechanism and create a tolerant and harmonious social environment for the innovation and development.
