江苏商贸职业学院基于对传统教师绩效评价的现实思考,从2015年开始在学校非事业编制教师中探索"积分制管理"评价模式,通过系统设计积分指标体系,将教师评价的各要素转换为可量化的积分,各要素积分均进入个人"绩效池",以某一时点"绩效池"中的总积分或某一阶段"绩效池"中的积分增量作为教师评价的依据,解决了传统教师评价中存在的问题,实现了组织评价与自我评价、考核性评价与发展性评价的有机统一.%Jiangsu Business Vocational College, based on the thinking on reality of the performance evaluation of traditional teacher, from 2015 to start Integrating System Management in non-career development teachers. Through systematically designing integrating system index system, converting all the elements of teacher evaluation as quantifiable integrating, making integrating of factors into personal "pool performance", regarding the total integrating of "performance pool" at a special moment, or the integrating increment of "performance pool"at a special phase as the basis to evaluate teachers, the problems existing in traditional teacher evaluation has been solved, achieving the organic unity between organization evaluation and self assessment, as well as between assessment evaluation and development evaluation.
