'一带一路'背景下我国职业教育国际化发展战略与路径

         

摘要

"The Belt and Road" bring historical opportunities for the development of Chinese vocational education. However, there are still some challenges in the process of internationalization of vocational education, such as, the limitation of particular talent supply ability, the weak connection between education and industry, the weak influence of international brand, the incomplete system and the imbalance of regional development. Vocational education should focus on the requirements of "The Belt and Road", adhere to the development strategy of the combination of inheriting and carrying forward, the combination of government and non-government institution, and the combination of education and industry. Also, it should be based on the construction of the synergetic system of vocational education and"The Belt and Road", and promote the international recognition of vocational education on the basis of standard system, and make the international discourse right and dominant advantage play an important role to elevate the impact of vocational education brand, and perfect the multi-level and multi-field of security system of vocational education in "The Belt and Road", to contribute Chinese wisdom and to build the "Chinese mode" for the world vocational education, and to construct the educational communities with the countries along "The Belt and Road".%"一带一路"为我国职业教育带来了历史性发展机遇,然而职业教育国际化过程中还面临着特定人才供给能力有限、教育与产业联系不紧密、国际品牌影响力不够高、自身体系不完备与区域发展不平衡等诸多挑战.职业教育要着眼于"一带一路"需求,坚持借鉴与发扬相结合、政府与民间相结合、教育与产业相结合的发展战略,立足构建职业教育与"一带一路"耦合的协同体系、以标准体系为依托提高职业教育国际认可度、发挥职业教育国际话语权与显性优势,提高职业教育品牌影响力、完善职业教育在"一带一路"中多层次多领域的制度保障体系,贡献中国智慧,打造世界职业教育的"中国模式",携手沿线国家构建"一带一路"教育共同体.
