借力会计社团助推技能大赛

摘要

The accounting community can not only improve the students' interest in learning accounting major, but also can promote accounting daily teaching reform and vocational skills contest. Based on the investigation and analysis of more than 30 higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province, the problems existing in the development of accounting community are analyzed in this paper from the aspects such as organizing community, recruiting members, equipping teachers, capital support, community activities, and proposes some measures and suggestions to booster the vocational skills contest, from the selection of club members, the standardization of work, the diversification of funds, and fusion of professional competition and conventional teaching, which can provide some reference to the smooth development of college accounting community and vocational skills contest.%会计社团活动不仅提高了学生学习会计专业的兴趣，还在推动高校会计专业日常教学改革和职业技能大赛等方面发挥着积极的作用。通过对广东省30多所高职院校的调查分析，从社团组建、成员招募、教师配备、资金支持、社团活动开展等方面分析了高职院校会计社团发展中存在的问题，并从社团成员遴选、工作规范化、经费多样化、与职业大赛和常规教学融合等方面提出依靠会计社团助推职业技能大赛的措施和建议，对高校会计社团的发展和职业技能大赛的顺利开展提供一些借鉴。
