PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a community formation/registration system which facilitates broad search of the community with a position data log, and is easy to participate in, and also to provide its method, a server, a portable communication terminal, and programs thereof.;SOLUTION: The community formation/registration system forms or registers a community in a Web site comprised of the portable communication terminal 10, and servers 70, 80, 90. The portable communication terminal 10 is equipped with: a position data log acquisition part for acquiring the data of positions where the portable communication terminal is located; and a transmitter for transmitting the acquired position data log.
