对中职学校师生冲突及其特点的实证研究

         

摘要

The paper performs a survey on the conflicts between teachers and students in class in secondary vocational schools. Data shows that the conflict has a universal character and cause is the discipline in class and the conflict has brought a strong negative impact on both teachers and students. Meanwhile, the teacher’s solution to the conflict could not meet students’expectation, which aggravates tension between teachers and students. The paper proposes that teachers should change their traditional teaching model and their management methods, and at the same time the school should strengthen psychological instruction to students to construct a harmonious campus.%调查显示:中职师生冲突具有普遍性,课堂纪律的好坏是引起师生冲突的主要原因,冲突给师生双方带来强烈的消极情绪,教师的解决方式与学生期望的有差异。因此,中职教师应主动改变传统的教学模式和解决冲突的方式,中职学校应加强对学生的心理辅导,中职学校应积极构建健康和谐的校园文化。
