信息技术环境下高职院校师资校本培训研究

当今社会信息爆炸、知识更新加快，对教师提出了更高的要求，校本培训是推进课程改革和促进教师专业发展的有效途径。文章从信息技术的发展给教师带来的新任务、新角色、机遇和挑战几个方面，探讨信息技术环境下校本培训的内容和形式，旨在推进教师的专业化发展和教育信息化进程。%The present society imposes higher demands on vocational college teachers. The paper contends that school training is an effective way to promote the progress of teachers. The author discusses the training contents and forms from several aspects as new tasks, new roles of teachers, chances and challenges due to IT development.
