文章主要探讨利用校内校外实训基地这个个平台,实施“工学交替”校企“内涵人文六方融合”的人才培养方式,在提高学生岗位技能采用“154培训模式”的同时,发挥企业与学校零距离接触的的六大功能,全面提升学生的职业综合素质.依托实训基地,充分发挥人文理念对学生实训的有效功能.%This paper focuses on using the training base of school to implement the personnel training methods of "alternative engineering" schools and enterprises, "the six-party integration of meaning and humanities", improves their job skills in the use of "154 training mode" while playing the six features of zero distance contact between enterprises and schools, and enhances the overall quality of vocational students. Relying on training base can fully play the effective functions of human concepts in training for students.
