双导师制培养化工类高技能人才模式探索与实践——以南京科技职业学院精细化工技术专业为例

Double tutorial system is the core content of modern apprenticeship teaching reform. In this paper, we take the training mode of high skilled talents in the fine chemical technology specialty of Nanjing Polytechnic Institute as an example, analyze the necessity of carrying out double tutorial system for chemical engineering specialty education system, and systematically introduce the measures of cultivating high skilled talents in chemical engineering with double tutorial system. At the same time, the three levels progressive selection and training mechanism of chemical high skilled talents, which takes the science and technology interest group as the basics and the intramural professional skills competition as the means and the outstanding talents training plan as the platform, is analyzed.%双导师制是现代学徒制教学改革的核心内容.本文以南京科技职业学院精细化工技术专业高技能人才培养模式为例,对化工类专业开展双导师制育人的必要性进行了分析,系统介绍了双导师制培养化工类高技能人才措施,并对以科技兴趣小组为基础、以校内专业技能大赛为手段、以优秀杰出人才培养计划为平台的三层递进式的化工高技能人才选拔培养机制进行了探析.
