和谐企业文化评价模型的建立

     

摘要

和谐社会建设需要和谐企业文化,和谐企业文化建设需要科学的评价体系.在文献研究基础上,总结了和谐企业文化的特征及评价原则,建立了评价指标体系,利用专家调查法和层次分析法确定了各项指标的权重,设计了调查问卷,并将各项指标模糊评价的结果转换成百分制的易于理解和比较的形式,使和谐企业文化评价更易操作.%The establishment of harmonious enterprise culture, which is the prerequisition of building harmonious society, requires for scientific evaluation systems. Based on the documentary research, I proposed the characteristics and evaluation principles of harmonious enterprise culture and established the evaluating indicators system. After that, I determined the weight of each indicator by using the expert investigation method and AHP.Then I designed the questionnaire, transferred the research results concluded from FCE (Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation)method into hundred-mark system which is easy to understand and perceptible to compare, as a result, making the harmonious enterprise culture evaluation more practical to manipulate, easier to detect and modify the drawbacks, and more meaningful to instruct the enforcement procedure.
