With rapid development of the world's economy, the demand for English in every field is increasing. Meanwhile, the higher vocations education in our country is booming quickly. It becomes an urgent problem that how to train overall vocational talents especially those professionals witl higher English level for the society. Basing on continuous efforts and teaching experiences of many years, the author of this thesis has tried cultivating thi interests of the students with poor English. It has been proved effectively as a result.
