液化气脱硫装置技术改造

     

摘要

With the development of the economy and the strengthening of environmental protection consciousness of energy conservation and emission reduction, the quality requirements of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) is more and more high, but the quality of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) has not been stable, the main problem is that the copper corrosion of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) is not qualified. According to the survey, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) of other domestic refineries is also troubled by the low percent of pass of copper corrosion, at present there is no mature solution measures. Research team looked up a lot of technical data, visited other refineries, and comprehensively analyzed the liquid gas desulfurizing devices and process, and found the cause of copper corrosion disqualification. Through the optimization of technology conditions of desulphurization system, improving the production process and adopting new desulfurizer, it reduced sulfur, solved the copper corrosion disqualification of liquefied petroleum gas.%  随着经济的发展和节能减排环保意识的增强,人们对民用燃料的液化石油气(LPG)的质量要求也越来越高,但公司商品液化气质量一直不稳定,主要问题是液化气的铜片腐蚀不合格。据调查,国内其它炼厂的液化气也深受液化气铜片腐蚀合格率低问题的困扰,目前没有成熟的解决措施。攻关小组查阅了大量技术资料,走访了其他炼厂,并对液化气脱硫装置及工艺进行了全面分析,找到了导致铜片腐蚀不合格的原因,通过优化脱硫装置的工艺条件、改进生产工艺流程和采用新型脱硫剂,降低了硫含量,解决了液化气铜片腐蚀不合格问题。
