不确定型层次分析法在公路养护质量评价中的应用

摘要

In order to extend the life of roads and improve the performance of the road, it's necessary to make timely and effective maintenance for the road. Many factors affecting the quality of highway maintenance audience, and its influence cannot be measured by using quantitative methods; it is a complex problem with various evaluation indexes and multiple attribute. This paper analyzes the present highway maintenance quality evaluation methods, construct judgment matrix by interval number, then established highway maintenance quality evaluation system by using the method of optimal transfer matrix. The paper also verified that this mode of quality evaluation is a scientific and effective evaluation; it has the scientific and instructive significance on the research of highway maintenance quality evaluation.%为了延长公路的使用寿命，提高道路的使用性能，对公路进行及时有效的养护是十分必要的。鉴于公路养护质量受众多因素的影响，且其影响程度又无法采用定量的方法呈现出来，是一个多属性，多种评价指标的复杂问题。本文在综合分析了已有的公路养护质量评价方法后，引用区间数的方法构造判断矩阵，再综合运用最优传递矩阵法建立不确定型层次分析方法下的公路养护质量的评价体系，并结合工程实例，证明了该质量评价模型是一种科学有效的评价方法，对公路养护质量的评价研究具有一定的科学指导意义。
