校企合作存在的问题及其对策探讨

摘要

Work-integrated learning is the direction of the higher vocational education reform and development, university-enterprise cooperation is the main way to implement work-integrated learning. The university-enterprise cooperation of higher vocational education in China is in the early stage, the understanding of cooperation by enterprises is not well, the enthusiasm of cooperation is not high. In the face of the deficiency of legal protection and policy support, how does the school break the ice of university-enterprise cooperation is the problem must be solved in higher vocational colleges. Combined with the practice of many-year university-enterprise cooperation, this paper analyzes the existing problems of university-enterprise cooperation and its causes and puts forward the practice strategy to promote the profound university-enterprise cooperation.%工学结合是高职教育改革与发展的方向，校企合作是实现工学结合的主途径。我国高职教育校企合作处于初级阶段，企业对合作认识不到位，合作积极性不高。面对法律保障和政策支持缺失的大环境，学校应如何主动破解校企合作坚冰才是各高职院校亟待解决的问题。本文结合多年的校企合作实践，分析了校企合作存在的问题及其产生原因，提出了促进校企深度合作的实践策略。
